It is a thorough and highly professional process that begins with an initial approach to the client to understand their needs, identity, budget, and the idea or vision behind their project. From there, our projects are divided into 3 phases:
- The design proposal phase,
- The execution and oversight of the design proposal,
- The final staging phase, also known as the "staging" phase.

Do you make design proposals without having finalized the work with you?

No. Our team does not create design proposals without first getting to know the client and understanding what they want and have in mind. We love making Phase 1 a stage full of magic and personalization, where each client also has the opportunity to "immerse" themselves in their project. For this reason, we only begin designing once a contract is approved by both parties.

Depending on the project and its scope, we have fees based on the number of spaces to be intervened and/or per square meter. We also have a percentage for oversight services during Phase II. For more information about this, please contact us.

We offer 3 main services: Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Staging of environments. Additionally, we provide construction oversight services to ensure that our designs are executed exactly as approved by the client. We have also developed urban planning proposals in collaboration with a specialized company.
