There will be no extra costs upon delivery (all orders placed on mjt-studio.com ship delivered-duty-paid). Shipments inside Colombia will be sent using Servientrega.

Our shipping services will be suspended due to warehouse closures on certain Colombian holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders placed on these days will not be processed until the following business day.

All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipment.

At the moment, we only ship our products inside Colombia. We will be happy to announce our international shipments soon. 

We unfortunately can not change the items in your order after it's been placed.

You can exchange your MJT CASA piece for another item from this e-commerce store by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp to review your request. You have up to 8 business days after receiving your item, to request this change. Exchanges typically take up to 20 business days, depending on the repairs, parts, or replacement with a new piece.

Changes or refunds will not be accepted for items that have been modified, damaged, or scratched due to negligence or improper use.
